How do I become a member of the site?
It is required to register on BuySellWordpress to access some pages and use the services provided on the site. We strictly recommend you to read the Terms of Use article before you register. Hit Register to sign up on the site. After submitting the information you will get the email with confirmation link to follow. Once confirmed, you will be able to access your account from the Sign In form. Note, your username will be seen for public (when posting comments or selling products) and cannot be changed in future.
How do I manage my personal and billing info?
There is Account section in your account page which contains two tabs for Personal and Billing information.
How do I view the messages from admin and send the reply?
There is Notifications section in your account page which displays all the messages from administrator. You may reply to administrator by clicking "reply" below admin.
What payment methods are available?
We accept PayPal payments. It’s required to have a valid PayPal account or credit card to make payment.
How long does it usually take to process payments?
The payments on the site are carried by merchant companies (such as PayPal, etc). Our team manually processes the orders approved by PayPal. It usually takes up to 20 minutes for us to process your order. In some cases the process may take longer. BuySellWordpress is not responsible for any decisions made by PayPal.
How do I track my purchases and orders?
There is Orders section in your account page which contains information about past orders (order date, order id, purchased template thumbnail icon, order status and download link). Only approved (by merchant company) orders will show up in this section.
How soon can I download purchased item after the purchase?
It usually takes up to 20 minutes for the order to be processed once it is approved by a merchant company. In some cases the process may take longer. Once order is approved, you will receive the notification via email. Once you receive such message you can go ahead and login to your personal profile, access the "Orders" section and get the available download link from there. The download links are lifetime, thus, can be accessed at any time.
Download previously purchased items
The download links for purchased items are lifetime, thus, you may access them at any time from the orders section on your profile page.

Give feedback on purchased item
Feel free to share your experience from working with purchased item on the item preview page. You may also send a message to the author (seller) directly through the contact form on the item preview page (find contact button below the author’s info).
Avoid rude, spam, abusive, illegal, improper and nonsense content and messages. Neglecting these simple rules may cause your account to be permanently blocked.
We appreciate your willing to help us fight spamy, violated or stolen content. Login to your account or register to report a violation case on yours or someone else’s product.
How do I contact an item’s author (seller)?
The only way to contact the authors (sellers) is through the contact form on the site. In order to get in touch with the author (seller) you need click Contact on the item preview page (on the right side below the author’s info). BuySellWordpress is not responsible for any further interactions between buyers and sellers.
Getting support, modifications or upgrades on purchased items
If you decide to send a query regarding any further support, update, upgrade, modification, amendment or improvement of the product you should send it directly to the author through the form on the author’s page. BuySellWordpress is not involved in any further interactions between Buyers and Sellers.
Purchased item doesn’t work properly or is missing something
If purchased item doesn’t work as described or is missing necessary elements (modules, components, etc), please contact the author (seller) through the contact form on the item preview page (find contact button below the author’s info).
On BuySellWordpress marketplace we provide non-tangible products. These purchased products which are downloaded are not refundable. There are no cancellations of online orders that have been downloaded successfully.
However, there are cases in which refund can be issued.
The refund requests are reviewed and examined by BuySellWordpress team within 24-48 hours. Should you request the refund, you need provide us with the following information:

Authorship is open to those approved by administrators of the site. In order to sell items you must provide and maintain valid payment information (such as valid PayPal email address).
It is required to register at BuySellWordpress to sell items from the site. If you are already a member of the site you need login to your profile and click "Become a Seller" tab on the bottom left.
If you are not a member of the site yet, you need Register first, and then hit "Become a Seller" tab on the bottom left in your profile. Your request will be reviewed and processed by administrators within 24-48 hours.
How do I know whether my Become a Seller request has been processed?
It usually takes us around 24-48 hours to review and process your Become a Seller request. Once the request is processed, you will receive the notification to your email and personal profile. Active sellers get a number of additional features to their personal profiles (such as the option to manage products in ones’ shops, track sales, earnings and payments, etc).
How to add products to the shop
Once your Become a Seller request has been approved, you may go ahead and add new products to your shop. There is Add New Product tab in your account. Once you submit the product it will be sent to the queue and reviewed by administrators within 24-48 hours. Refer to product submission tips when adding product. Submit product will not appear on the Site until it is approved by administrators. Till that moment the product is listed under Suspended products category and not seen to public. You may edit the Suspended products, and if you do so, the product will be pushed down to the end of the queue.
Once your product is approved by administrators, you will receive the email confirmation. And from that moment and on your product will be listed on the Site for sale. The following product will be listed under Active Products in your account. Read more about editing Active Products in "How do I upgrade my products?" topic.
Products rejected. What do I do with them?
Submitted products are reviewed by our administrators within 24-48 hours. There is a chance your product might be rejected by admin for some reasons. If this happens, you will receive the email notification along with a reason from administrator.

When your product is approved by administrator, it automatically becomes Active Product and is listed for sale. You might decide to edit your Active product due to some reasons, such as improvements, upgrades, necessary fixes and amendments. Should you decide to do so, you can go ahead and edit some parts of your Active product and resubmit another copy of this product to administrators’ review within 24-48 hours. The modified copy of your Active Product is saved under Pending Upgrade section in your account. You may edit the products under Pending Upgrades, and if you do so, they will be pushed down to the end of the queue. If administrators approve the Pending Upgrades for your Active Product, the Active product will be overwritten with submitted changes. If your Pending Upgrades are rejected by administrator, they will be removed from storage completely.
There are 4 sections in your account for the products to appear under: Active, Pending Upgrades, Pending, and Declined. You can edit the products in any of the above mentioned categories. Once you apply the amendments, the corresponding products will be pushed down to the end of queue and will be reviewed by administrators within 24-48 hours. Every time you edit the product it automatically goes to Pending (for Pending and Declined in the past) and Pending Upgrades (for Active in the past) Products.
How do I know my current commission rate?
There are two types of commission rates on our site, according to the license types.
There is a fixed commission rate on the items sold non-exclusively and it is 20%. For the items sold exclusively, commission starts from 50% and may go up to 70% depending on the total sales (total sales of all items sold exclusively on BuySellWordpress) amount. Refer to the payment rates table for more information.
Find your current exclusive commission rate (if you are selling any products under exclusive license) on the "Sales & Commissions" section on your personal profile page.
How do I track my sales and earnings?
There is the Sales section in your account which displays your sales for the current month by days. You can see the number of sales and total earned amount for the day/month. You can filter sales by date and by license type.
Your balance on BuySellWordpress reflects your month's earnings combined with spendings through the site. Check your balance amount at the top right of your account page (you must be logged).
In the beginning of every calendar month we calculate the Sellers’ earnings. The payments are processed in case when your account balance from the previous month reaches the threshold of $100. If you account balance from the previous month doesn’t reach $100, we will roll earned amount over to the next month (accumulate it). The payments for the previous month are processed on 1st – 5th of the current month.
The payments are processed to the PayPal address specified in your Billing Info section.
There is Payments section in your account which is showing your monthly balance, spendings from balance and withdrawal amounts. For instance, if it’s May now, the actual (and final) balance and withdrawals for May will be calculated on 1st – 5th of June.
